- Helps improve general heath, promote stress reduction and relaxation
- Restores optimal function where possible; prevent further injury or dysfunction
- Addresses compensatory changes due to injury or dysfunction, help prevent complications related to trauma, overuse or disease.

Lorilie Thompson BSc. , RMT

Lorilie Thompson graduated with honors at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario in May 2019. She passed the board exams and received her registration October of the same year.

Lorilie is very passionate about massage therapy. She approaches each treatment session with a focus on the client’s specific short term needs and long term goals. She strives to serve each client with the highest quality of care and expertise she can provide.

When she is not working, Lorilie is busy with her vegetable garden and/ or taking her son to soccer games and practices. She loves to cook, travel and share all about her Filipino culture and ancestry.
